INSTALLATION PROCESS

• First we ready the landscape for concrete installation

• Second the concrete is mixed to proper proportions

• Next the concrete is fed into the automatic concrete extrusion machine

• Specially designed trowels are then used in the final finishing

• If you are installing Designer Series concrete, other steps of coloring, texturing and stamping will be employed to achieve the look of stone, wood, pavers or brick

• Finally, for added precaution to ground movement which may damage the concrete, control joints are cut half-way through the edging. This gives some flexibility to your finished concrete product
